One Suggestion Requires Special Attention

The docs-as-code-only suggestion (promptless/docs-as-code-only) is significantly more complex. It was created before the Starlight migration and its changes target the old Fern structure. The core intent (removing Zendesk/Intercom as publishing platforms) would need to be completely re-applied to the new Starlight files from scratch. This is essentially a content policy change rather than a simple file migration.
